Excellent service, although a few employees were very rude. The setting was STUNNING, really close to two fantastic restaurants as well as Philadelphia Center city area. It also was on the coast of New Jersey "on the water.

The staff was incredibly gracious. They printed out directions to the subway and made me feel comfortable with riding it. Breakfast was wonderful, scones, bread, pastries, cereal, tea, coffee, juice, etc. just fabulous.

Absolutely fantastic staff, all so friendly and helpful. The hotel had so much character and really unique. And a great location for visiting so many sights in the city, surrounded by such a selection of great restaurants.

Thoroughly enjoyed my one night stay. The location is terrific-close to the square, but very quiet. The hotel is lovely-great old building well rehabbed and well appointed. The staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. I would definitely stay here again when in Phildelphia and have already recommended the hotel to friends and family.
